This notice explains what personal data the Global Airspace Status Tracker collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers this service only.
What we collect

We do not ask for payment details, because the service is free. We do not collect flight itineraries, travel plans or location data about you.
Why we may contact you
We use your email address to run your account: sign-in, password resets and notices about the service itself. If we send operational alerts you can opt out of them, and your account keeps working.
Analytics and cookies
We use cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We also use Google Tag Manager and the analytics it loads to understand how the service is used in aggregate. That involves your browser sending usage information to Google, which processes it under its own terms. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; blocking the necessary ones will stop sign-in working.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is handled by the providers that run the service for us:
- our hosting and database provider, which stores the data;
- our email delivery provider, which sends sign-in and service messages;
- our analytics provider, as described above.
We may disclose data where we are legally required to, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Sicuro Group or others.
Where it is held
The service is operated from the United Arab Emirates and its providers may process data in other countries. Where data moves across borders it remains subject to this notice.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Sessions expire automatically and password reset links are short-lived. If you ask us to close your account we delete the personal data associated with it, other than anything we must retain by law.
Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions expire, and traffic is encrypted in transit. No service can be guaranteed secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it and close your account. You can change the countries you follow at any time from your dashboard, and you can opt out of alert emails while keeping your account.

Children
The service is intended for business use and is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this notice by posting a revised version here with a new date.
Governing law
This notice and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction. See also our Terms of Use.
