Terms of Use

Global Airspace Status Tracker, operated by Sicuro Group. Last updated 14 August 2026. Version 2026-08-14-v2.

These terms govern your use of the Global Airspace Status Tracker (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service collects and presents information published by aviation authorities and other public bodies, sets it against publicly available flight data, and adds commentary from Sicuro Group. It is provided for general information and situational awareness.

The Service is provided free of charge. Sicuro Group may change, suspend or withdraw it, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.

2. What the Service is not

This is not a flight planning or dispatch tool, and must not be used as one. It is not an aeronautical information service, it is not certified for operational use, and it does not replace official NOTAMs, aeronautical information publications, or any briefing required by an aviation authority or an operator's own procedures.

Nothing on the Service is advice. Before making any operational, travel, security or commercial decision you must verify the position directly with the relevant aviation authority, operator or government source. Every card links to its sources for that purpose.

3. Accuracy, and the limits of it

Information reaches the Service from third parties. Those sources may be delayed, incomplete, withdrawn, incorrect or unavailable, and the Service reflects whatever they publish. Sicuro Group does not warrant that any information is accurate, current or complete.

Automated processing and artificial intelligence are used in preparing some summaries. These can contain errors. Where the Service shows a source document, the source document prevails.

4. The Service is provided "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sicuro Group excludes all warranties, conditions, representations and terms of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Sicuro Group does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sicuro Group, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall have no liability to you or to any third party for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Service or your reliance on it, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of profit, revenue, contract, business, goodwill, anticipated saving, data, or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss, however arising and whether or not foreseeable.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the total aggregate liability of Sicuro Group in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the total amount actually invoiced to and paid by you to Sicuro Group for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and no further. The Service is provided free of charge, so for users who have paid nothing for it that amount is zero.

Where any limitation or exclusion in these terms is found to be unenforceable, it shall apply to the maximum extent that the applicable law does permit, rather than failing entirely.

6. No reliance and no duty of care

You acknowledge that you do not rely on the Service, or on any information obtained through it, in making any decision, and that any decision you take remains yours alone. Sicuro Group does not accept, and expressly disclaims, any duty of care to you or to any third party in respect of the Service or its contents.

No relationship of adviser and client, and no fiduciary or professional duty of any kind, arises from your use of the Service.

7. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Sicuro Group, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates against all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or any decision taken by you or by anyone relying on you in connection with the Service.

8. Events outside our control

Sicuro Group is not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service arising from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including the failure, withdrawal, delay or inaccuracy of any third-party source, network or hosting provider.

9. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authority.

Access levels, including the number of countries you may follow, are set by Sicuro Group and may change. Sicuro Group may suspend or close any account at its discretion.

10. Use of the Service

You must not:

11. Third-party material

The Service links to and summarises material published by third parties, including government and intergovernmental bodies. That material remains the property of its publishers and is subject to their own terms. Links are provided for verification and are not an endorsement.

12. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and the commentary and analysis Sicuro Group produces, belong to Sicuro Group. You may use them for your own internal purposes only.

13. Changes to these terms

Each version of these terms carries an identifier, shown at the top of this page. Sicuro Group may amend these terms at any time by posting the amended version here under a new identifier. Where a change is material, you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the Service, and your acceptance of that version is recorded against your account.

14. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with the Service, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The severance of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remainder.

A person who is not a party to these terms has no right to enforce any of them. These terms, together with the Privacy Notice, are the entire agreement between you and Sicuro Group in respect of the Service.
